Mr. Jackson is also licensed attorney with twenty years experience and very successful track record in business start-ups, entrepreneurial training, project planning and analysis and implementation. Mr. Jackson has served as the Director of Economic Development Center at Clark Atlanta University (1997 - 2002), Manager of Economic Development, Atlanta Housing Authority, Atlanta, Georgia (1995 to 1996), Chief Executive Officer, Pyramid Communications & Training Systems, Inc, President and Publisher, Minority Business & Professional Directory (1979-1993) and Assistant State Attorney General, State of Colorado Attorney General, Denver, Colorado (1978-1979).

Dr. Amos Ajo, Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning. Previous to joining Quality Certain, Dr. Ajo spent 23 years in various capacities. He was Vice President of Business Development with Storm Computers, Director of Sales and Marketing with Data Comm. Systems, CEO of International Asset Management Inc and CEO of Tuscan Homes and Tuscan Development. Dr. Ajo is a tenured Professor with Clark Atlanta University where he taught Statistics and Computer Usage for over 12 years. Dr. Ajo also served Clark Atlanta University in various capacities including: (a) Director, Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program in Social Work, Policy Planning and Administration, (b) Chair, Research and Sponsored Programs, (c) Chair, Tenure and Promotion Committee, (d) Member, Academic Council and (e) Member, University Senate.
